Other outing/tournament options
Not enough for a shotgun? For our full selection of group outing options, then call Frank at 433-4951 if you have questions or would like to get a formal quote for your specific needs.
Power Carts
The Club has 50 power carts available for rental at $40 each, tax included. We can also out-source carts at various prices (currently from $70 to $80 each, tax included). Out-sourced cart availability is contingent on booking early… the source companies recommend booking as soon as possible as they service a large area with many clubs vying for their carts. And one more thing… once the out-sourced carts are booked, the tournament organizers must accept full responsibility for the cost, regardless of how many are actually used! Let Frank (433-4951) help you determine whether out-sourced carts are for your event!
Meal
All of our events are catered by the Timberland Restaurant. For event pricing on food, please contact the Timberland directly – Cathy McIntyre – 506-433-2480
Beverage Cart
We provide a “full service” beverage cart for the duration of your event with beverages, sandwiches and snacks for sale. As well, our halfway house, Picadilly Junction, operates during most large tournaments.
Course Marshall
The Club employs a Course Marshall to ensure that the expected pace of play is maintained, thereby giving all participants in a large tournament a pleasant and enjoyable golf experience.
Alcohol
Alcohol that is not purchased from the Club’s bar, beverage cart or halfway house is strictly prohibited on Club property. Please ensure your tournament participants are aware of this policy.
Hole Sponsors
The Club offers a variety of food and beverage options from which your hole sponsors can choose to treat tournament participants. To make it simpler for you, have your hole sponsors contact Frank directly at 433-4951!
